Historic Assembly Elections in Jammu and Kashmir: Vote for Change, Restore Rights

Rahul Gandhi has urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir to vote for the INDIA bloc in the first assembly elections since the abrogation of Article 370, promising the restoration of rights and employment. With over 23 lakh voters participating, the elections mark a significant moment in the region's political landscape.

Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, on Wednesday urged voters in Jammu and Kashmir to support the INDIA bloc, emphasizing that each vote will restore their rights and create employment opportunities.

The region's first assembly elections since the abrogation of Article 370 commenced on Wednesday, covering 24 constituencies across seven districts.

Gandhi highlighted the historical significance of these elections, criticizing the transformation of the state into a union territory and calling for maximum voter turnout to bring about prosperity and justice in Jammu and Kashmir.
