In a significant development, women voters outnumbered male electors in 17 of the 50 constituencies during the recently held polls in Jammu and Kashmir, as per Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar. Kumar revealed these figures while speaking to reporters on the eve of the final phase of assembly elections in the Union territory.
