JD(S) leader and Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday accused the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) of destroying evidence by reclaiming 14 plots allotted to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife, Parvathi B M.

Kumaraswamy demanded the immediate arrest of the MUDA commissioner, a sentiment echoed by State BJP President B Y Vijayendra, who labeled the decision illegal.

The allegations come amidst ongoing investigations by the Lokayukta and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) concerning the controversial plot allotment. Critics argue that the CM's family is misusing power to influence the process.
