Minister's Convoy Accident Averted

A car carrying Uttar Pradesh minister Sanjay Nishad avoided a significant accident after colliding with an escort vehicle near Karahiya Bazaar. No injuries were reported despite the front of the minister's vehicle being damaged.

A dire accident involving a convoy carrying Uttar Pradesh minister Sanjay Nishad was averted when his car collided with an escort vehicle in the Salon Kotwali area on Wednesday, officials confirmed.

The incident transpired near Karahiya Bazaar as Nishad, a notable political figure who serves as the cabinet minister for fisheries, was traveling from Lucknow to Pratapgarh via Raebareli. According to sources, the ordeal started when the convoy's escort vehicle abruptly applied brakes, leading to an unavoidable collision with the minister's vehicle.

Despite the front of the minister's car sustaining damage, officials reassured that no injuries were incurred. Local police quickly responded to the scene, ensuring the safety of all involved. "The vehicles collided, but thankfully all individuals are unharmed," stated Police Circle Officer (Salon) Pradeep Kumar.
