The 2025-26 budget session commenced with CM Yogi Adityanath urging opposition cooperation. He criticized the Samajwadi Party for impeding progress and favoring Urdu in education, noting a discrepancy in their own educational practices. The budget is poised for passage on March 5, with key ordinances expected to be discussed.
