Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav on Friday launched a blistering attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party, criticizing its lack of coordination within the National Democratic Alliance and accusing it of neglecting the pressing issues facing Bihar. Yadav highlighted the state's struggles with literacy, per capita income, and farmers' income, questioning the NDA's performance after over a decade in central power and two decades at the state level.
Yadav claimed, "The BJP is internally divided with multiple factions and displays no grassroots coherence. The NDA's disinterest in addressing Bihar's concerns is evident. Bihar leads only in unemployment, migration, and poverty rates." RJD MP Manoj Jha echoed similar sentiments, condemning the BJP for failing to action financial proposals and tackling pollution effectively.
In the capital, newly appointed Delhi Minister Ashish Sood vowed to fulfill the BJP's electoral promises of ending bad governance. Sood emphasized that the BJP must now deliver on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's assurances and align with Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's directives to foster progress, following Gupta's recent induction as Delhi's Chief Minister.
