In a bold prediction, Maharashtra minister and Shiv Sena leader Yogesh Kadam has alluded to the potential decline of Uddhav Thackeray's faction of the Shiv Sena (UBT), comparing its prospective downfall to that of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).
Kadam, who serves as the minister of state for home in the Devendra Fadnavis-led government, criticized Thackeray for reportedly straying from the ideology of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray. This comes as the party witnesses the departure of several key functionaries, with Kadam remarking on the purported lack of alignment with traditional Sena values.
The minister further dismissed any rumors of discord among Mahayuti leaders, asserting strong coordination among Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar. Meanwhile, Kadam also commented on the controversial language used in the YouTube show ‘India’s Got Latent,’ suggesting steps are being taken to address this issue.
