Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday launched a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party over its members' disruptive behavior during Governor Anandiben Patel's recent legislative address.

During a session on February 18, SP legislators protested and raised slogans like 'governor go back,' cutting short the governor's speech to just over eight minutes. Adityanath questioned whether such conduct towards constitutional authorities is appropriate.

Criticizing the behavior, Adityanath remarked, 'While you carry a copy of the Constitution, your actions speak differently towards those in constitutional positions.' He urged reflection on respecting the dignity of such posts.
