A circular from the General Administration Department mandates that all civil and police authorities across the state remain at their posts during these 'sensitive circumstances'. Officials are instructed to deny leave requests unless absolutely necessary. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for constant vigilance and alertness to ensure the state's safety.

Health Department officials have also been put on high alert. Additionally, Chief Minister Kumar cautioned against circulating fake news while highlighting the nation's unity against terrorism and faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The opposition leader urged the media to comply with government advisories on defense reporting, warning against the dissemination of sensitive information which could aid hostile entities.
