Addressing the gathering hosted by the Public Affairs Forum of India, Secretary (Economic Relations) Dammu Ravi underscored the interlinked nature of security, development, and economic growth globally. He noted that during conflicts, industries naturally adopt a cautious approach, avoiding risks.
