President Xi Jinping, a strong proponent of military parades, will deliver a speech during the ceremony. The parade will feature hypersonic weapons and advanced electronic systems, displaying the PLA's robust ability to adapt to modern warfare, reported Wu Zeke, a senior PLA officer.
