Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called out political parties Samajwadi Party and Congress, accusing them of spreading misinformation when the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme was introduced in 2019.

According to PM Modi, these parties engaged in fabricating rumors designed to sow doubt among the public about the government's initiative.

The Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme was developed to provide direct financial support to farmers across India, an effort the Prime Minister says is crucial for empowering the agricultural sector.
