BJD chief Naveen Patnaik, who was admitted to SUM Ultimate Medicare in Bhubaneswar for dehydration, is reportedly stable and likely to be discharged soon, according to hospital sources. The former Odisha chief minister was admitted on Sunday due to complaints of uneasiness, with doctors confirming his condition is improving.
Sanjay Das Burma, BJD vice president, stated that Patnaik has recovered from the dehydration issue. Patnaik had experienced discomfort at his residence, Naveen Niwas, prompting a medical visit by local doctors before his hospital admission.
Political leaders, including Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, are hoping for a swift recovery for Patnaik, as conveyed in messages of support.
