The Jubilee Hills Assembly bypoll is shaping into a high-stakes political battle, with BJP candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy filing his nomination amidst pomp and pageantry. The bypoll is scheduled for November 11, with the results to be declared on November 14.

This election was prompted by the sudden demise of BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath earlier this year. Competing candidates include Maganti Sunitha from the BRS, and Congress's Naveen Yadav.

In a fiery address, Union Minister Kishan Reddy criticized the financial mismanagement of previous BRS and Congress administrations, claiming massive debts incurred by both parties and alleging undue influence from AIMIM.
