Jammu and Kashmir's Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, has called for severe punishment for those implicated in the Delhi blast and 'white collar' terror module. However, he stressed the importance of safeguarding innocent civilians from harm.

Speaking at the North Zone Chief Minister's conference, Abdullah highlighted the need to avoid suspiciousness towards every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly Kashmiri Muslims. Following his hospital visit to check on those injured in a recent explosion, Abdullah reiterated his stance.

In the wake of a car blast near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10, which resulted in 15 fatalities, Abdullah promised governmental support to affected families. He assured the public that investigations into the blast's circumstances are underway, expressing his condolences and gratitude to the hospital for their prompt response and service.
