Union Minister Chirag Paswan has criticized opposition factions in Bihar for allegedly dividing the state along caste and religious lines. At a recent Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) gathering, he emphasized women's and youth's pivotal roles in his party's agenda.
The event marked two significant occasions: the LJP's 25th anniversary, which comes nearly five years post-split, and Paswan's reaffirmation of his father's legacy despite political upheavals. Originally founded by Ram Vilas Paswan in 2000, the party has re-emerged with Chirag focusing on principles of social justice.
Despite an eye infection preventing his attendance, Paswan expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Kumar for their guidance. Highlighting the need to abide by 'Bihar First, Bihari First', he called for a unified commitment to inclusive development across the region.
