The announcement coincides with Priyank Kharge, son of party chief Mallikarjuna Kharge, highlighting Congress's astute timing in resolving internal disputes. Meanwhile, the BJP has cautioned about a potential no-confidence motion if the unrest persists, hinting at the possibility of a 'dark horse' emerging as a compromise leader.
