Goa Prepares for Pivotal Zilla Panchayat Elections

The electoral roll is based on the Goa Legislative Assembly's list as of January 1, 2025. Reserved seats include positions for women, OBCs, SCs, and STs across Goa's districts. A total of 1,284 polling booths will accommodate voters using traditional ballot systems.

Candidate nominations are open from December 1-9, with scrutiny set for December 10. Voting results will be announced on December 22, shaping political dynamics before the 2027 Assembly elections.
