In a fervent display of solidarity, supporters of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah rallied in Tumkur to oppose any potential changes to the state's leadership by the Congress high command.
Scores of the Chief Minister's supporters engaged in symbolic religious rituals and formed a human chain, insisting Siddaramaiah be allowed to complete his full five-year term, arguing his governance had been beneficial, particularly to marginalized communities.
Meanwhile, Siddaramaiah and his Deputy DK Shivakumar reaffirmed their intent to adhere to the high command's decisions, aiming to resolve any party 'confusion' caused by media speculations.
