Reddy highlighted that Telangana is unique in distributing fine-quality rice under the Public Distribution System (PDS), something not matched by any other state, including those under BJP rule. He challenged claims to the contrary from states like Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.

Targeting BRS leadership, Reddy accused them of financial mismanagement, alleging a heavy debt burden on Telangana and critiqued the party's inaction on important projects. He positioned the Congress government's welfare initiatives as a model for the future.
