Former Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has sharply criticized the Mohan Charan Majhi government over its alleged failure to spend on public development. However, moments of turmoil arose as internet services were suspended in Malkangiri district for 24 hours. The suspension followed violent clashes between villages, with authorities citing the spread of inflammatory content on social media platforms as a threat to public order.
