Nabin, age 45, is the son of late BJP veteran Nabin Kishore Prasad Sinha. He is a five-time MLA from the Bankipur assembly in Bihar and has served twice as a minister. His leadership in Bihar and Chhattisgarh has been praised for its effectiveness. Nabin, from the Kayastha community, is one of the youngest to occupy such a high position in the party.
His appointment reflects the BJP's continued focus on capable leadership. Congratulating Nabin, Prime Minister Modi praised him as a hardworking leader, confident that his commitment will strengthen the party.
