The counting process, which commenced at 8 am across 154 centers, witnessed AAP securing key wins, with the party leading in numerous zones. According to AAP Punjab President Aman Arora, these results underscore the people's support for the government's policies.

The Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) criticized AAP, accusing it of using state machinery to influence outcomes.
