In a sharp rebuke, Union Minister Piyush Goyal accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of spreading misinformation about the India-US trade deal and exhibiting a lack of concern for national development.

Goyal lamented that he was unable to present his statement in Parliament due to disturbances instigated by opposing parties, including Congress, DMK, Trinamool Congress, and the Samajwadi Party. He criticized their indecent behavior in the legislative house.

Goyal also questioned Rahul Gandhi's antagonism towards India's economic progress, suggesting that Gandhi's criticism reflected a misconception of the government initiatives aimed at attracting substantial investments to the country.
