The focus of the discussion was the potential for violence and voter intimidation, with multiple parties advocating for the election to be conducted in no more than two phases for enhanced control and security. Representatives urged the prompt deployment of Central Armed Police Forces to ensure orderly and fair elections.
Expressing a strong stance against electoral disturbances, Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar assured that the elections would be supervised diligently in accordance with the law.
