Venugopal Accuses CPI(M) of Turning Kerala Into a Land of Violence Amid FCRA Debate

Leading a peace march in Vadakara, Venugopal alleged that the Left government was complicit in fostering bomb production. Concurrently, he warned against the potential passage of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) Amendment Bill, arguing it targets the Christian community.

Labeling the proposed legislation as unconstitutional, Venugopal condemned Prime Minister Narendra Modi for furthering divisive agendas. Meanwhile, the BJP defended the bill, touting it as a necessary measure for regulating foreign contributions and preventing misuse.
