Muraleedharan underscored Rahul Gandhi's advice for collective movement, advising against disrupting party unity. He reaffirmed that the Chief Minister decision will follow post-election proceedings and a consultative meeting among MLAs.

While AICC leader K C Venugopal was mentioned in candidate discussions, Muraleedharan clarified the absence of current deliberations on his candidature. The party remains focused on maintaining coalition unity and awaiting election results before declaring any leadership decisions.
