In a fiery speech, Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of rampant corruption in teacher recruitment, housing, and cyclone relief efforts. Speaking at an election rally, Shah warned that 'no one will be spared' and that Banerjee would face the consequences.
He criticized Banerjee's governance and issued a direct challenge concerning the construction of a 'Babri Masjid' in Bengal, a project he claims she is politically backing. Shah also underscored the long-standing struggle for the Ram Mandir's construction, which he says was realized under Narendra Modi's leadership.
Shah further condemned the state’s law and order situation, pledging that perpetrators of violence against women will be jailed. He assured voters of safety, contrasting Banerjee's leadership with the BJP's promises of security and governance as West Bengal gears up for further election phases.
