Ranoj Pegu Secures Third Victory in Dhemaji

Ranoj Pegu, Assam's education minister, successfully retained the Dhemaji constituency by defeating Congress' Sailen Sonowal. Pegu, who has held roles in education and tribal affairs, expressed gratitude to voters and dedicated his victory to the people, aiming for continued development and progress in Dhemaji.

Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu has triumphed once more in the Dhemaji constituency, defeating Congress contender Sailen Sonowal by a margin of 32,229 votes according to the latest assembly poll results.

Pegu secured a total of 83,649 votes compared to Sonowal's 51,420, consolidating his position in Assam's political landscape for yet another term.

Expressing gratitude to his supporters, Pegu emphasized that this victory represents a collective step forward for a prosperous Dhemaji and a testament to the people's aspirations under his leadership.
