In the wake of the BJP's significant electoral win in West Bengal, several Trinamool Congress (TMC) offices faced alleged vandalism and arson, sparking political tension across the region.
The TMC accused 'miscreants,' allegedly BJP supporters, of destroying flex boards, banners, and photographs of key leaders, including Mamata Banerjee.
Incidents were reported from Baruipur, Tufanganj, and Jamuria, among others. Meanwhile, police forces were deployed to control the unrest, as accusations of political violence and retribution filled the air.
