DMK Rebukes Allegations Against Post-Poll Alliance with AIADMK

The DMK criticized former AIADMK minister C Ve Shanmugam for alleging post-poll alliance talks. The DMK has hit back at C Ve Shanmugam, a former AIADMK minister, for his allegations regarding post-poll alliance discussions. The DMK accused Shanmugam of seeking reasons to create division within his own party.

R S Bharati, an organizing secretary for the DMK, asserted that Shanmugam's claims were unfounded and stemmed from his support for the Vijay-led TVK government. Bharati refuted the allegations, emphasizing the DMK's long-standing position as an opposition party.

Bharati reiterated that such rumors were promptly addressed following the elections and maintained that the DMK's stance remains unchanged, dismissing any claims of talks with the AIADMK as speculative.
