In a pivotal development for Kerala's political landscape, KPCC chief Sunny Joseph announced on Thursday that Congress workers in the state welcome the party high command's decision to appoint V D Satheesan as the new chief minister. Speaking at the Indira Bhavan, Joseph informed the media that key AICC observers, including Ajay Maken and Mukul Wasnik, along with state party-incharge Deepa Dasmunsi, are expected to arrive in Thiruvananthapuram by 4 pm. Their visit underscores the importance of this political transition.
The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting, which will convene in the evening, is anticipated to lay the groundwork for strategic decisions moving forward.
