In a notable assurance to the public, senior Congress leader VD Satheesan, poised to take over as Kerala's Chief Minister, confidently declared that there are no fissures within the party's ranks. He clarified that the cabinet formation process is being collaboratively managed with senior Congress figures, dispelling speculations of discord.

Satheesan elaborated on the approval mechanism for key decisions, stating that Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi are in the loop via AICC general secretary KC Venugopal. Venugopal plays a pivotal role in obtaining necessary endorsements from the top brass, underscoring the streamlined communication within the upper echelons of the party.

The Kerala CM-designate also highlighted his personal connections within the Congress leadership.
