Newly sworn-in West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari called on President Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan here on Friday.
The president's office shared a picture of the meeting in a post on X.
''Chief Minister of West Bengal, Shri Suvendu Adhikari called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan,'' it said.
Adhikari took oath on May 9 as West Bengal's first Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief minister.
