In a potent verbal attack, BJP's State Chief Spokesperson NV Subhash condemned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for allegedly misdirecting public attention from the inadequacies of the Telangana Congress government's administration. Subhash accused Reddy of making baseless accusations against Union Minister Kishan Reddy and the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Subhash asserted that the Modi government provided Rs 1,200 crores during the first phase of the Hyderabad Metro under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, initiated by Narendra Modi himself. He challenged the state government to fulfill its part by completing land acquisition for the project's next phase, emphasizing the state's negligence in this area.
Highlighting achievements, Subhash noted the Centre's sanction of Rs.38,297 crores under key infrastructure projects like the Bharatmala and the Regional Ring Road (RRR). He asserted that delays in these initiatives stem from the state's failure to secure necessary land, affecting farmers' interests. Subhash further touted Modi's employment initiatives, including the 'Rozgar Mela' and the allocation of Rs. 86.8 thousand crores under the PM Mudra Yojana, countering Congress's promises of jobs and allowances.
