Russia's Lavrov discusses US-Iran framework agreement with Iran's Araqchi
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed Moscow's readiness to assist in resolving the US-Iranian conflict, citing Russia's unique experience and expertise in crisis resolution.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke to his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi on Wednesday about the U.S-Iranian agreement to end the war in the Gulf, and said Moscow was ready to help, Lavrov's ministry said. U.S. and Iranian officials said on Sunday they had agreed on a framework to end their war, halt the U.S. blockade of Iran and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Russia is ready to support efforts to resolve the crisis "based on its unique experience and expertise", the foreign ministry said.
