Watch: Golden Temple takes steps for devotees who visit during scorching summers

Golden Temple management has taken some steps to help devotees beat the heat during scorching summers. Manager of Golden Temple, Jaswinder Singh Deenpur, said that the temple management has made arrangements for drinking water at various places and has also installed electric fans across the temple.

The maximum temperatures are hovering above normal limits at most places in Haryana and Punjab in recent days. Amritsar recorded a maximum temperature of 42 degrees Celsius, four degrees above normal limits.
