Russian missile attack causes deaths in central Ukrainian city - mayor

A Russian missile strike hit a "very crowded" place in the central Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk on Monday, causing deaths and injuries, city mayor Vitaliy Meletskiy said on Facebook.
