Four dead as a result of flooding in Ukraine's Kherson - minister

Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said on Friday four people have died and 13 are missing as a result of flooding in the southern region of Kherson following the destruction of the Kakhovka dam.

Klymenko said on the Telegram messaging app that a total of 2,412 people had been evacuated.
