A 42-year-old man, Vinesh Meer Chandani, who worked as a delivery boy, passed away early Monday morning following a tragic accident in Kota. According to police, he suffered critical head injuries after his scooty collided with a divider near the Kunhadi petrol pump during the intervening night of Sunday-Monday.
The incident occurred around 1.30 am as Vinesh was out for a food delivery. He was rushed to MBS hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The police registered a case and handed over the body to Vinesh's family post-mortem.
SHO Arvind Bhardwaj confirmed the details, conveying condolences to the grieving family. The incident has highlighted the risks delivery workers face in their line of duty.
