Delhi continued to grapple with sultry weather conditions on Wednesday as the maximum temperature reached 37.2 degrees Celsius, accompanied by traces of rain in some areas of the national capital. The humidity level, recorded at 68% at 5:30 pm, soared to 77% in the morning, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Tuesday saw humidity levels fluctuating between 80% and 56%, with minor rains ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm recorded in the afternoon. An exception was Ayanagar, which experienced 2.9 mm of rainfall between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, IMD data revealed. The IMD has forecast a generally cloudy sky with possibilities of moderate rain for Thursday. Wednesday's maximum temperature stood at 37.2 degrees Celsius, about two degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature in the morning recorded at 29.8 degrees Celsius.
