JNUSU Students Protest Over Campus Waterlogging Issues

The Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union protested on Thursday against waterlogging and seepage issues in hostel rooms. They demanded immediate action from the Dean of Students, who assured them that the drainage and repair work would be urgently addressed to solve the problems.

The Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union (JNUSU) staged a protest on Thursday, highlighting severe waterlogging on campus and ceiling seepage in hostel rooms.

A crowd of students gathered outside the Dean of Students' office, pressing for immediate repairs and action.

In response, Dean of Students Manuradha Chaudhary assured the protesters that the repair of hostel rooms and the construction of effective drainage systems, especially from Sabarmati to barrack, would be prioritized and completed promptly.
