Typhoon Yagi and the consequent landslides and floods have wreaked havoc in northern Vietnam, claiming at least 127 lives and leaving 54 people missing, according to the disaster management agency's Tuesday report.
Most fatalities were attributed to landslides and flash floods, the agency revealed. The disaster has also resulted in nearly 764 injuries.
