Polyplastics Launches Sustainable LAPEROS (R) bG-LCP

Polyplastics Co., Ltd. announced the launch of LAPEROS (R) bG-LCP, a biomass-based engineering plastic that reduces CO2 emissions and boosts renewable content. This expansion of the DURACIRCLE (R) initiative aligns with the company’s focus on sustainability. The product is set for commercialization in spring 2025.

In a significant stride towards sustainable manufacturing, Polyplastics Co., Ltd. has unveiled LAPEROS (R) bG-LCP, an engineering plastic derived from biomass materials.

This innovative product reduces CO2 emissions while enhancing renewable content and is an extension of the company's DURACIRCLE (R) initiative.

Set for market release in spring 2025, the new material promises the same quality as conventional products but with a much smaller carbon footprint.
