Residents in parts of Delhi will experience a water supply disruption from the evening of February 20 until the morning of February 21, according to a recent announcement by the Delhi Jal Board.
The disruption will affect areas such as Bakhtawarpur, Jhangola, and several other localities. This is due to maintenance work for the interconnection of newly laid 900 mm and 1500 mm diameter inlet water mains at Palla.
Residents are advised to use water prudently during this period. Water tankers will be provided on request through the Delhi Jal Board's helpline or central control room to alleviate issues arising from the low-pressure supply.
