Plans are underway for the construction of four-lane elevated corridors over the Rispana and Bindal rivers, with a budget allocation of Rs 6250 crore. This strategic development is intended to ease traffic congestion in the bustling city of Dehradun.

During a recent meeting attended by Public Works Department officials, the project was presented to key stakeholders, including State Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi and local MLAs.

Discussions highlighted the pivotal role of the elevated corridors in advancing traffic infrastructure while promoting environmental aesthetics along the riversides.
