Brigade Enterprises has announced a new luxury housing project in Mysuru, with expectations of generating Rs 300 crore in revenue. This development is a result of a Joint Development Agreement for the residential project located on Bogadi Road, near the proposed Outer Ring Road.

The entire project encompasses a land parcel exceeding 5 acres and will consist of 4.5 lakh sq ft of developable area. Of the total, 25% will be allocated for senior living spaces, while the remaining 75% will feature luxury apartments, according to a company statement released on Friday.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Group, described the land deal as a pivotal milestone for the company's growth in Mysuru. Established in 1986, Brigade has a history of developing multiple housing, office, retail, and hotel projects across South India.
