Power Outages Scheduled for North West Delhi Amid Road Construction

North West Delhi will experience power outages due to a scheduled circuit shutdown linked to a road construction project by the National Highways Authority of India. The Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited announced that power supply will be interrupted from May 9-12 as part of infrastructure improvements.

Residents in north west Delhi are set to experience power outages for the next few days. The interruptions are part of a planned circuit shutdown to accommodate ongoing road construction. This initiative forms part of a larger project coordinated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) has announced that power will be cut in specific areas from May 9-12, between 10 am and 6 pm. This planned electrical outage will follow the replacement of a 66 kV overhead conductor with an underground cable.

The affected regions include Bankner, Bawana JJ Colony, Auchandi, Daryapur Nangal, Ghogha Village, Barwala, Holambi Kalan, and Bawana Village. Efforts are underway to minimize consumer inconvenience, with a contingency plan prepared for those impacted by the power cuts.
