The real estate giant BPTP Group has announced an ambitious Rs 3000 crore investment dedicated to creating a premium housing project in Gurugram. As part of this significant expansion, the company will unfold an array of around 1,600 apartments across a sprawling 12.05-acre area located at Sector 102 on the Dwarka Expressway.

The development is phased into three parts, with the first phase, 'Amstoria Verti Greens,' comprising 885 homes, already launched earlier this year. The recent unveiling of the project's second phase, 'GAIA Residences,' offers 531 luxurious apartments, with prices starting from Rs 3.85 crore.

Amaan Chawla, President of BPTP Group, emphasized the project's focus on sophistication and sustainability, aiming to meet the needs of discerning millennials. The entire project is slated for completion in 5-6 years. BPTP's strong presence in the Delhi-NCR market is bolstered by its commitment to quality and innovation.
