GHV Infra Projects announced on Saturday that it has secured a lucrative project from Rana Exim FZ-LLC valued at Rs 2,645 crore. The contract involves developing a smart manufacturing hub at the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone in the UAE. Completion is anticipated within 24 months, not including a 90-day initial setup period.

The project is categorized under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract, aiming to establish the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub. This initiative will feature both industrial and commercial buildings as part of the development.

As a result of this new order, GHV Infra's total order book has exceeded Rs 7,000 crore. The company is continuously evaluating more selective project opportunities to expand its portfolio, according to GHV Group Chairman Jahid Vijapura. Additionally, the board has approved issuing bonus shares in a 3:2 ratio and a stock split of 2:1 for its existing shareholders.
